App Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Awal Studio app, a publishing tool operated by Awal Studio (Jakarta, Indonesia) for publishing videos to, and managing engagement on, Facebook Pages, TikTok accounts and YouTube channels that Awal Studio owns or manages. By connecting an account to the app or using it, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

Who may use the app

The app is available only to people authorised by Awal Studio. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Your content and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the videos, captions and replies you publish through the app, and you confirm you have the rights needed to publish them.
  • You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform you publish to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • You must not use the app to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, to send spam, or to interfere with the platforms' services.

Platform services

The app works through the official APIs of TikTok, Meta and Google. Those services are provided by the platforms under their own terms, and their availability, features and limits may change at any time. Awal Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Meta or Google.

Availability and changes

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue it, or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Awal Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the platforms' services, arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
