Terms & Conditions

This document is effective as of 15 March 2026.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Awal Studio. By approving a quotation, paying an invoice, or continuing a project with us, the client agrees to these terms.


1. Scope of Work

All services are provided based on the approved quotation, proposal, or invoice. Any request outside the agreed scope, including additional revisions or new deliverables, may require a revised timeline and additional fees.


2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

Work begins after the initial payment is received. Final files, deliverables, or handover materials are released only after full payment has been completed.

  • Smaller projects may require full upfront payment.
  • Larger projects may be billed in agreed milestones.


3. Revisions

Unless stated otherwise in the quotation:

  • Minor revisions related to the approved direction are included within the agreed scope.
  • Major revisions or additional requests may be charged separately.
  • New design directions are treated as a new scope of work.


4. Delivery

Final deliverables are provided after full payment. Editable or source files are included only when explicitly stated in the quotation or agreed in writing beforehand.


5. Ownership & Portfolio

Ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client after full payment has been received. Awal Studio may display completed work in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.


6. Cancellation & Refund

Because our services involve time-based creative work:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If a project is cancelled after work begins, the client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.


7. Client Responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, the client is responsible for providing accurate content, required materials, timely feedback, and timely approvals.

Delays in response or missing materials may affect the delivery timeline.


8. Liability

Awal Studio will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality work within the agreed timeline. Awal Studio is not liable for indirect losses, business losses, or third-party claims arising from the use of the delivered work.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.


10. Acceptance

Approval of a quotation, payment of an invoice, or continuation of a project with Awal Studio constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
