Logo & brand identity
Abu Qahwah is a coffee roaster based in Philadelphia. We designed an identity that feels warm and handmade, and works just as well in Latin and Arabic.

The mark
The symbol is a dallah, the traditional Arabic coffee pot, with a coffee bean set into its body and hand-drawn coffee branches on either side. Below it, the Latin wordmark and its Arabic counterpart, أبو قهوة, carry the same weight and warmth, so neither script reads as secondary.
Colour and system
The palette comes from the roast itself: cream, espresso, toasted terracotta and a bright caramel accent. The full mark, the wordmark and a compact horizontal lockup cover every format, from cups and coffee bags to business cards, aprons, tote bags and vehicle livery.

Scope: logo, brand identity, applications.
