These Terms govern your use of awalstudio.com and any products or services offered by Awal Studio. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and services

  • Font licenses — governed by the End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is the binding license agreement for all font purchases.
  • Online courses — digital educational content delivered through this website.
  • Design services — bespoke creative work delivered under a separate project agreement provided at engagement.

2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are displayed in IDR or USD as indicated.
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with purchase details.
  • We accept payment via Xendit (bank transfer, e-wallet, credit/debit card — Indonesia).
  • We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant providers.

3. Refund policy

Font licenses: Refund terms are set out in the EULA.

Courses: Because course content is delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Design services: Refund terms are set out in the individual project agreement.

4. Intellectual property

  • All fonts, course materials, and website content remain the intellectual property of Awal Studio or the respective rights holders.
  • Purchasing a license grants a right to use, not ownership of, the underlying intellectual property.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content without prior written consent.

5. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awal Studio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Indonesia.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
